HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Usually it takes 1 - 2 weeks to create your tree. We'll start creating your tree after we've received your family tree information, and we'll send you an ETA then.

DO YOU FRAME YOUR ARTWORK?
No, we send a print in a mailing tube. All of our artworks are professionally printed on Archival 235gsm paper to ensure a long lasting, high quality print.

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 150 NAMES ON MY TREE?
That's fine - you'll just have to contact us for a quote, and we can put it through as a custom order.
